2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic (grated)
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
Drain and pat dry the artichoke hearts to ensure they crisp up in the air fryer.
