  • 12 oz Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming stems and halving them. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
  3. While they cook, coat diced chicken in chili oil and mix in ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. After the sprouts have cooked for 10 minutes, add the chicken to the air fryer basket and stir gently.
  5. Continue air frying at 400ºF for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to 165ºF.
  6. Stir in sweet chili sauce and finish cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes if caramelization is desired.
