  • 1 cup pecan halves

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (for maple pecans)

  • 2 tsp maple syrup (for dressing)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/41/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Toss pecans with maple syrup and sea salt; spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, pepper, and salt for the dressing.
