  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (sub: honey)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
