  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 block feta cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 lb pasta (e.g., rotini, orzo)
  • 10 leaves fresh sage (minced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Hot honey or regular honey

  4. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 2 cups of pasta water before draining.
  5. Combine roasted squash, feta, minced garlic, sage, honey, and cooked pasta in a large bowl. Add reserved pasta water gradually until reaching desired creaminess.
