  • Brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz thinly sliced turkey
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 egg, beaten with water (for egg wash)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on parchment paper, smoothing any folds.
