  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese
  • Diced pimientos with liquid
  • Celery salt
  • Celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  1. Cook the ziti pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, bell pepper, and celery; toss with celery salt and seed in a large bowl.
