  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • Optional: holly berry sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in maple syrup, cinnamon, and egg until smooth.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Use a food scale to portion out dough into 1.5 oz balls and place them on baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around edges but soft in the center.
  8. Let cool completely before dipping half in melted white chocolate and decorating with sprinkles.
