  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 56 Tortillas (8 or 10 inch diameter)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, red onion, green onions, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and chopped cilantro or parsley. Mix until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
