  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (or nut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 23 teaspoons chili powder
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spiralize or thinly slice the zucchinis into noodles. Sprinkle with salt and let sit in a colander for 30 minutes to draw out moisture.
