  • 10 oz bag of Hershey Caramel Kisses
  • Sea Salt Flakes (optional)
  • Salted Caramel Sugar (optional)
  • Dark Cocoa Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and cocoa.
  2. Cream butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg, milk, and vanilla until combined.
