  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup broth or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, broth, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and tomato paste until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
  5. Combine ketchup and vinegar in a small bowl; spread over the meatloaf after 40 minutes. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
