  • 2 cans (14 ounces each) coconut milk
  • 23 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large deep skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until softened.
