- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms)
