  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms)
  • Optional: ½ cup cooked chicken sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
