  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2–3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic briefly. Add heavy cream and stir to deglaze the pan.
  4. Mix in Parmesan until melted. Toss in pasta and adjust consistency with reserved water if needed.
  5. Slice chicken and return to skillet to heat through before serving.
