  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 8 ounces penne or rigatoni pasta (high protein if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
