  • 12 ounces chicken and apple sausage
  • 4 cups cubed butternut squash
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 34 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken sausage thinly. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, adding the sausage slices. Sauté until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan.
