  • 2 lbs organic chicken breasts
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • Sea salt + black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (6–8 minutes per side). Shred when cooled.
  2. In the same pot, sauté minced garlic in butter for about 2 minutes. Add thyme and flour; mix well.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken stock; bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in gnocchi and shredded chicken; cook until gnocchi floats (3–5 minutes).
  5. Add kale, cream, lemon juice, and zest; simmer for another 5 minutes.
