  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: grated parmesan or chili flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.

  • Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Roast for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
