  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Spray your slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over chicken and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot using forks.
  6. Stir in cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream; mix well.
  7. Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Add baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
