  • 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 to 16 oz pasta (like rotini or penne)

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. 2. Pour the entire bottle of garlic sauce over the chicken, shaking any leftover sauce from the bottle with milk.
  3. 3. Add cubed cream cheese and grated parmesan cheese to the crockpot, stirring gently to coat the chicken.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. 5. Once cooked, shred or dice the chicken and stir it back into the sauce.
  6. 6. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and add it to the crockpot.
  7. 7. Stir everything together until well combined and serve hot.
