  • 68 Croissants (cut into halves or thirds)
  • 1012 slices Chicken or Turkey deli meat
  • 34 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 810 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut croissants into thirds.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together milk (or cream), eggs, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary until combined.
  3. Dunk each croissant piece in the egg mixture and place snugly in a baking dish.
  4. Layer chicken/turkey and cheeses between croissant pieces.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with honey and drizzle over the bake.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
