  • Peas and corn (3 cups total)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • â…“ cup whole wheat flour (can sub GF 1:1 or tapioca flour for gluten free)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken and cook for about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
