  • 3 large nori sheets

  • 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • Cooking spray
  • Rice vinegar and sugar (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix rice vinegar and sugar; microwave until dissolved. Combine with cooked rice.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
