  • 1 medium onion (finely minced)
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (14-oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14-oz) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix the ground beef, minced onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs using about two tablespoons per ball.
