  • 450 grams ground chicken
  • 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs
  • 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 60 millilitres whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold in the whole milk until the mixture is cohesive.
  4. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into mini loaves.
  5. Place the loaves on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
