  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 10 ounces Soft Caramels
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Flaked Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together salted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
