  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms; add more flour if too wet.
  3. Divide dough into 10 pieces, roll into balls, then flatten slightly.
  4. Place about 1 tsp cream cheese in the center of each piece and seal by reshaping into balls.
  5. Optionally brush with egg wash or oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes; cook bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden.
