  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, soy sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme until just mixed.
  2. Roll about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet (makes about 20-24 meatballs).
  3. For the honey garlic sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, mix honey, ketchup, and vinegar until bubbling; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add meatballs in batches and cook until browned all around (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the skillet; cover and simmer for another 10-15 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
