  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and black pepper; cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in honey and remaining black pepper; simmer until thickened (2-3 minutes).
  4. Return chicken to skillet, coating it with the honey glaze; set aside.
  5. In a saucepan, bring heavy cream to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in cheeses until melted and smooth; season with salt.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce until well-coated.
  7. Gently fold in honey pepper chicken.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
