  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk (or plant milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan (for sprinkling)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk until just mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Prepare the glaze by melting butter and mixing in additional parmesan; brush over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
