  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper.
