  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams fresh mozzarella (or ½ to cup shredded firm mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough according to your preferred method and preheat the oven.
  2. Slice and dry the fresh mozzarella if using whole pieces.
  3. Shape the dough on parchment paper into a rectangular form.
  4. In a jar, combine olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; shake well to emulsify.
