  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers

  • 1/2 red onion
  • 7 oz feta cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Reserve half for later.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the dressing for at least 30 minutes.
