  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on half of a lined baking sheet.
