  • 2/3 cup milk or cold water
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, soak diced bread in milk or water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef, ground pork, parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to the soaked bread and mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each).
  4. To bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 15 minutes.
  5. To sauté: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs until cooked through.
