  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (plain)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and a light spray of oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, and cheese gently until mixed.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth.
  6. Bake the meatloaf for about 45 minutes; brush with half the glaze and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
