  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Begin by mixing the tzatziki sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Season the salmon fillets by rubbing with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
  4. Prepare quinoa according to package instructions if not already cooked.
