1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pound green beans
2 teaspoons avocado oil
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the white miso, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil until smooth.
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and blanch the green beans for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add the drained green beans and miso sauce, tossing until well coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm.
