  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Spread sprouts on a baking sheet cut side down in a single layer. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
