  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for glaze)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp whole milk (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine the yeast mixture with melted butter and egg; mix into dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Knead dough until smooth and elastic; let rise in a greased bowl for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter over it and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
  6. Roll tightly from one end to another, cut into equal pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let rolls rise for an additional 30 minutes; bake at 350°F for 25-28 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; drizzle over warm rolls.
