  • 2 handfuls mixed salad greens
  • 1 large ripe pear
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 2 oz semi-firm goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the mixed salad greens and spin dry. Arrange them on a large serving plate.
