  • Tomato paste

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Pumpkin puree
  • Milk of choice
  • Vegetable broth
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. If using turkey meatballs, cook them according to your preferred method.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Sauté garlic until soft, then add diced onion until translucent.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, sage, thyme, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper for about 5 minutes until the mixture darkens.
  4. Add pumpkin puree and mix well.
  5. Pour in milk and vegetable broth; stir in diced tomatoes (do not drain). Let simmer for 5 minutes.
