  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, feta cheese, and basil.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
