  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 374°F (190°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla until frothy. Add red food coloring to reach your desired shade.
  3. Sift in flour and cocoa powder; gently fold until combined.
  4. Spread batter in the pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cool the sponge on parchment paper covered with plastic wrap.
  6. Beat together cream cheese, heavy cream, and honey until smooth.
  7. Spread filling on cooled sponge and roll tightly using parchment paper as guidance.
