  • ½ cup roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 jar (16.9 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ¼ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 10 lasagna noodles (cooked and broken)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup onions (minced)

Instructions

  1. Blend the roasted garlic with the Alfredo sauce until smooth; set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped chicken until cooked through, then remove from pot.
  3. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté sliced mushrooms until browned. Remove from pot.
  4. Add remaining butter to the pot, sauté onions until translucent, then add flour and cook for a minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and half-and-half, followed by the blended garlic mixture and seasonings.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes before stirring in cheese, chicken, mushrooms, and parsley.
  7. Serve warm with cooked lasagna noodles mixed in or on the side.
