  • 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • Zest of 1 orange and 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Hot honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice each date lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Fill with 1-2 teaspoons of goat cheese.
