  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a 9-inch round tart pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center and add melted butter. Combine until crumbly and press into the tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust and bake at 425°F for another 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake an additional 25–30 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow tart to cool for at least one hour before serving.
