  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken stock
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by combining potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika in the slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly.
  2. Layer chicken on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with any remaining salt and pepper.
