  • 1 cup milk (warmed to 110℉)
  • 2 1/4 tsp active rise yeast
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallow crème
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Warm milk to about 110℉ and mix with active yeast in a bowl for about five minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, and butter. Gradually add to the yeast mixture and stir in flour until just combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let it rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, roll it up tightly, and slice into pieces.
  7. Place rolls cut side up in a greased dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350℉.
  8. Bake for about 23 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix vegan marshmallow crème with water and spread over warm rolls.
